Melvin Crispell, III, well-known for his captivating live performances, gained a significant following after winning Season 9 of BET’s “Sunday Best.” In “God Is,” he delivers another enthralling performance, expressing his unwavering faith and devotion. “God Is,” a gospel classic penned initially by Robert Fryson and recorded by James Cleveland, has been reimagined by Melvin Crispell, III in a triumphant, country-infused rendition. The song’s live performance is featured in the music video for his upcoming album, No Failure, set to release on June 16th. This will be Melvin’s sophomore album, recorded live at Springcreek Church in Garland, Texas, and his debut as an executive producer.
