In “Glory,” Trip Lee adds his unique touch to Fred Hammond’s well-known contemporary gospel hit, “Glory to Glory to Glory.” While celebrating God’s greatness and goodness, the song explores themes of humility and honor in worship, all set to a captivating beat. Produced by Trip himself, the track showcases a seamless blend of hard-hitting 808s and smooth keys, creating an irresistible musical experience.
“I was really excited to sample a gospel classic with Fred Hammond’s Glory To Glory To Glory. This song hits right on one of the themes I’ve been trying to drive home my whole career— God is glorious,” says Trip Lee. “Realizing how big God is changed everything for me and I hope this song helps people to see that same truth. I’ve been releasing singles the last Friday of every month, and I can’t think of anything I’d rather talk about for this third installment.”
Earlier this year, in April, Trip introduced his first new single of 2023 titled “At The Cross,” featuring Madison Ryann Ward, setting the stage for his monthly release streak.
