VICTORY, the acclaimed Roc Nation singer-songwriter, and Grammy Award winner has been announced as a special guest supporting artist for the highly-anticipated 2023 “The Kaleidoscope Tour” by the two-time Grammy Award-winning artist, Lauren Daigle. VICTORY will be joining Daigle on select dates of the national US arena circuit, starting from November 10 and concluding on December 9. The tour includes exciting destinations such as Los Angeles, Sacramento, Ft. Worth, Knoxville, Greeneville, and more (see below*).
During these performances, VICTORY will captivate audiences with songs from her recently released sophomore album, titled “Glory Hour.” This album showcases her unique vocal prowess and offers a heartfelt collection of songs that aim to inspire and uplift the spirit, particularly during challenging times.
At The Secret Place, VICTORY’s personal New Jersey-based studio, established in early 2020, the artist took charge of writing, recording, and co-producing her latest project. Throughout the creative process, VICTORY found inspiration while crafting melodies on a baby grand piano. On the remarkable album, titled “Glory Hour,” VICTORY showcases her musical versatility by playing multiple instruments. She exhibits her prowess on the piano in the soul-stirring ballad “Glory to God” and skillfully strums the acoustic guitar in the captivating track “Just Like in Heaven.”
The album encompasses a rich variety of musical elements, including the harmonious blending of a choir and blues influences in the uplifting track “Rejoice.” Additionally, VICTORY pays homage to timeless hymns such as “His Eye is On The Sparrow” and “Great is Thy Faithfulness.” Collaborating with a talented ensemble of musicians, including producers Kaleb Moten, Space Jones, and Grammy Award winner Stephen Blake Kanicka, VICTORY ensures a masterful and engaging listening experience throughout the album.
In VICTORY’s own words, she reflects, “Since my last album release in 2018, I’ve experienced what felt like numerous setbacks over the course of five years. However, looking back, I now realize that this journey was crucial in shaping and refining the songs on my new album. Through this latest musical offering, listeners will witness the unwavering grace of God that carried me through every test and trial. My hope is that ‘Glory Hour’ inspires everyone who listens, filling them with renewed hope.”
Recently, VICTORY concluded her successful solo “Revealed Tour,” captivating audiences in various cities including Detroit, Chicago, Seattle, Longmont, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Philadelphia, and Nashville. The tour allowed VICTORY to connect directly with fans and share her music in intimate and powerful live performances.
